当法人は、威力と詐欺的手法を駆使して経済的利益を追求する集団又は個人（いわゆる反社会的勢力）による被害を防止するために、次の基本方針を宣言します。
The Corporation declares the following basic policy to prevent damage caused by groups or individuals who pursue economic benefits through the use of force and fraudulent methods (so-called antisocial forces).
- 1. 当法人は、組織全体として反社会的勢力の排除に努めます。
- 2. 理事⻑をはじめとする役員一同は、顧客と従業員の安全確保のために必要な策を講じます。
- 3. 反社会的勢力による不当要求に備えて、平素から、警察、暴力追放運動推進センター、弁護士等の外部の専門機関（以下「外部専門機関」という。）と緊密な連携関係を構築します。
- 4. 反社会的勢力による被害を防止するための基本原則である「組織としての対応」、「外部専門機関との連携」、「取引を含めた一切の関係遮断」、「有事における⺠事と刑事の法的対応」、「裏取引や資金提供の禁止」の 5 原則に基づき、反社会的勢力による不当要求を拒絶し、また、一切の関係を遮断します。
- 5. 反社会的勢力による不当要求に対しては、⺠事と刑事の両⾯から法的対応を⾏います。
- 6. 反社会的勢力との裏取引、資金提供、不適切・異例な取引は、一切禁止します。
- 7. 反社会的勢力との取引又は疑いのある取引が判明した場合には、直ちに契約等の解除又は解除するための必要な措置を講じます。
- 1. The Organization as a whole will strive to eliminate antisocial forces.
- 2. The Chairman of the Board of Directors and all other officers will take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
- 3. In preparation for unjustified demands by antisocial forces, we will establish a close cooperative relationship with external professional organizations such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan, lawyers, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “external professional organizations”).
- 4. Based on the five basic principles for preventing damage caused by antisocial forces, namely, “response as an organization,” “cooperation with external specialized agencies,” “severance of all relationships including transactions,” “legal response to emergencies (both military and criminal),” and “prohibition of backroom deals and funding,” we reject undue demands from and sever all relationships with antisocial forces.
- 5. We will take legal action against unjust demands by antisocial forces, both in criminal and civil cases.
- 6. Any backroom dealings, funding, or inappropriate or unusual transactions with antisocial forces are strictly prohibited.
- 7. If transactions or suspected transactions with antisocial forces are discovered, we will immediately take the necessary measures to cancel or terminate the contract, etc.
