ロルフィング®の学びの中で、私は二つの視点を教わりました。
人には共通する構造的原理があること。
そして、その現れ方は常に一人ひとり異なるということ。
臨床とは、その両方を扱う営みです。
「何をするか」は重要です。
介入の選択、タッチの質、構造の理解。
しかし同時に、その介入がどのような条件の中で行われているかも、同じくらい重要です。
変化は、強い刺激から生まれるのではなく、適切な介入 × 適切な条件 の掛け算から生まれる。
私はエンジニアとして構造を扱い、ロルファー™として身体を全体性の中で捉え、SE™を学ぶ中で、この掛け算の重要性を体験してきました。
今回のワークショップでは、構造・神経系・関係性という複数の視点を横断しながら、自己調整が自然に働く条件を実践を通して探究します。

In my study of Rolfing®, I was taught two essential perspectives.
That there are structural principles common to all human beings.
And that the way those principles are embodied is always unique to each individual.
This work requires us to hold both.
What we do matters.
The choice of intervention, the quality of touch, the understanding of structure.
At the same time, the conditions in which the intervention takes place are just as important.
Change does not arise from intensity alone, but from the multiplication of appropriate intervention × appropriate conditions.
As an engineer, I have worked with structure.
As a Rolfer,™ I have learned to perceive the body within its wholeness.
Through studying Somatic Experiencing®, I have directly experienced the importance of this multiplication.
In this workshop, we will explore̶through practice̶the conditions in which self-regulation can naturally emerge, moving across multiple perspectives: structure, nervous system, and relational field.
